Fly High Course creates awareness of teens' body, mind, and spirit. We designed this course to bring out their emotions freely and to learn how to handle their emotions effectively in a holistic way. We will guide them on how to manage their emotions in challenging times, and they can also learn how to face difficult situations. This course builds their confidence and regulates their behaviors and habits in the right manner.  They will learn how to invest their energy in creativity and innovation. They will become responsible people for themselves and society. We will provide peer support to overcome teenage challenges. Every teenager gets a pathway to fly high from our magical route maps.






EMOTIONAL DETOX TECHNIQUES 


We teach them various emotional detox techniques for cleansing their emotions. Regular practice of emotional detox techniques regulates physical and mental wellness. It helps to flush out emotional toxins from their mind.
